Individual Therapy
Often individuals face difficulties and challenges and many can benefit in engaging in counseling. Individual therapy is often used for mental and emotional concerns including: depression, anxiety or difficulties with a recent life change or decision.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can identify and resolve conflict in the family unit. Every family has strengths and challenges, working in therapy can identify and improve patterns of communication between family members.
Other Services
Providing Anger Management and Parent Training courses. Please call for additional information on these services.
Fees and Insurance
Session Rates: Initial intake Session: $60/50 minute session
Individual Therapy: $60/50 minute session
Family Therapy: $150/ 50 Minute session
Couples Counseling: $80/60 minute session
